The Kickstart Scheme
The government have introduced a new Kickstart Scheme to give young people aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit the chance to build their confidence and skills in the workplace, and to gain experience that will improve their chances of going on to find long- term, sustainable work. As we appreciate that great people have to start somewhere we have teamed up with the Kickstart scheme and created a bunch of new roles within Creative Hospitality Group from waiting staff, bartenders and chefs to head office support roles in HR, marketing, finance and maintenance.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete weekly stock takes
Ensure any stock variances are investigated and resolved.
Identify the slow-moving stock, deadstock and obsolete stock.
Work with site management on appropriate stock par levels.
Ensure stock is correctly inputted onto our stock system.
Ensure deliveries are received correctly and any discrepancies are amended before signing for.
Ensure storage of our stock is correct and follows healthy and safety regulations and standards.
Ensure all wastage is monitored, recorded and measures taken to reduce.
Ensure that stock received is within our clear company stocking policy.
Ensure cellars and stock holding areas are clean, organised and abide by Health and Safety regulations
