Jodie moved to Cardiff in 2015 and soon began working in various roles throughout the hospitality industry. She then progressed to an Event Coordinator at Host Somerset, an accommodation provider for the Construction project, Hinkley Point.

Jodie joined CHG in 2021 when she was drawn to the idea of working for an independent company with multiple brands, working back within the South Wales area, and utilising her corporate sales and hospitality background. 

Currently looking after Peppermint Cardiff. Jodie’s highlights of the role include; working closely with all departments and brands, being a part of an inspiring sales team, and being able to focus on areas of self-development. Her main duties currently consist of, handling sales, reservations, and corporate parties at Peppermint.
