Just like in the family home, our kitchen’s are at the heart of our venues, serving out top quality food to our much loved customers. Our kitchen team members are resilient, dedicated and passionate about the industry they work in. We serve food in our venues from as early as 7am to as late as 10pm so flexibility is always needed from our kitchen colleagues.

Our team of managers are at the forefront of pushing our venues to the next level. Whether it’s dealing with enquiries from high level customers or working with the Head Office team to deliver world-class service, our management team is vital to the growth of each venue.

Our cleaning staff are vital to the every-day running of our venues. Our venue standards are high and we expect our cleaning team to support us in delivering world-class facilities. Our team are hardworking and always take pride in what they do. As a member of the cleaning team you’ll be treated like a part of the CHG family and will be rewarded with staff benefits and events.

Our head office team is an eclectic mixture of people with different strengths and skills. Here at CHG we like to keep focused on identifying solutions and results and no one is better at that than our head office team. Our team work hard to support the growth of CHG through innovative Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finances and Central Operations.

Just because It’s an office doesn’t mean to say its repetitive 9-5 operation, we have flexible work hours with an open door policy connecting us to everyone in the CHG family
